Job Description

The Social Work Career Development Coordinator provides career and professional development services, enrollment management and administrative support to the Admissions Office.

Job Duties

• Assist in supervisory roles duties including, but not limited to the following:
• Manage Social Work Career Development and Community Initiatives.
• Manage incoming GSSW communications; manage the welcome center, additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Coordinates outreach events.
• Requests related to but not limited to open houses, outreach events and other program needs.
• Assist with marketing tasks related to the GSSW, to include website, social media and marketing materials.
• Manages the supply inventory.

Student career and enrollment coordination duties include, but not limited to the following:
• Responsible for the social work professional development coordination.
• Database entry and management.
• Ensures databases and files are documented in all data management systems and compliant with guidelines.
• Manages open houses, committee meetings and other events

Career Development and Cultivation:
• Alumni and MSW licensure follow up
• Outreach as directed to undergraduate programs and agencies for career and professional development cultivation.

Required Qualifications

Education, Preparation, and Training:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Administrative Experience
