Job Description

Assists the Site Director and Site Coordinator in all daily activities.

Job Duties

• Participates in the daily operations of a site, including facilities, all the students service departments and troubleshooting.
• Assists in facilitation of students’ registration.
• Monitors students’ attendance and follows up with students who have been chronically absent.
• Participates in preparation of preliminary class rosters
• Assists in facilitation of faculty evaluation
• Assists Site Direction in all recruitment and admission activities.
• Participates in retention activities as initiated by the Site Director or others involved in enrollment management
• Makes every effort to make sure atmosphere at the site is one of cooperation, civility and collegiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned and contributes to the overall operating efficiency of the site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Related Experience
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong Communication, customer service and organizational skills
