Job Description

Assists International and Domestic students through the enrollment process.

Job Duties

• Interviews prospective students and walk them through the Admissions Process. Create and update student information in Hobsons Applyyourself Student Application tracking system
• Develops and maintains international student admissions policy and procedure hand booklet
• Performs Transfer Credit assessment for accepting new students and international students
• Assesses Undergraduate applicants and make acceptance decisions
• Recruits students to the College and coordinate the recruiting effect for international students
• Discusses tuition costs, financial Aid and payment options with students
• Serves as liaison between students and academic departments
• Screens, refers and directs Graduate Students to Program Directors
• Participates in Open Houses and Information Sessions
• Develops and maintains a system for tracking international applicant
• Conduct Group Presentations

• Meets annual health assessment requirements
• Identifies learning strengths and needs
• Utilizes learning resources

Required Qualifications

Education, Preparation, and Training
• BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year college required
• Minimum of five (5) years of Sales and Admissions experience

• Expert knowledge of admissions process for accepting International Students
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and great levels of responsibility required
• Bilingual a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
Computer Skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Student Tracking System AS400 and Internet

Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands

• Extensive Use of Computers
• Extensive time sitting and standing
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
