Job Description

The appropriate candidate will drive the implementation of the HubSpot CRM/Marketing Automation System.

Job Duties

• The institution’s website is properly connected to HubSpot
• The institution’s brand is reflected in HubSpot templates for landing pages, emails and forms
• Leads/Contacts are imported to HubSpot and appropriate properties are assigned
• Social Media Content is tracked through HubSpot in collaboration with Social Media Manager
• Work with current Admissions /Recruitment team to set up appropriate contact properties in HubSpot to enable data mining and marketing analysis
• Create campaigns that include emails, workflows, calls-to-action, tracking URLs and landing pages
• Train Sales/Admissions team on how to use HubSpot for lead conversion and follow up
• Train Dean how to access reports from HubSpot for campaign analysis
• Align Sales/Admissions and Recruitment teams to prevent lead attrition
• Analyze the success of campaigns and adjust future campaigns based on findings
• Provide reports as necessary on success of campaigns and lead conversion
• Assign and manage team user rights/access on HubSpot
• Set up training sessions with HubSpot as necessary
• Collaborate with web department to ensure that technical aspects of HubSpot are properly set up, ex: sub domain
• Connect and validate recruitment email account(s) within HubSpot

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or computer science

• Minimum 1 year of experience with the HubSpot CRM/Marketing Automation System
• Strong ability to think logically, critically and analytically
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi task
HTML and CSS knowledge a must
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
• Photo retouching skills
• Writing and editing abilities
