Job Description

You will be the primary person responsible for managing and coordinating marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and associated budgets used for developing and implementing a marketing plan that will introduce the clinic to its neighbors.Experience with the following advertising platforms is required:

Job Duties

You will report to the Leadership team at the Dental School as well as work closely with Touro College advertising and PR staff. Your job will be to develop marketing strategies that will activate significant amounts of patients to the facility for treatment. You will be asked to develop and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans including advertising and promotional activities. You will also partner with local organizations and schools to get the word out about the school and all it has to offer.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-MBA marketing experience (8+ years if no MBA), ideally in a CPG environment or alternatively, in a professional marketing (BtoB) setting
• Proven leadership capability
• Analytical orientation, including demonstrated experience managing forecasting, financial budgets, or similar; Strong Excel skills
• Critical thinking; Problem analysis and solving
• Energy, adaptability, flexibility and drive
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter; willing to challenge the status quo
• Professional maturity
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization
• Attention to detail; solid organization & time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish speaking a plus
