Job Description

The Grade Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and recording student evaluations and grades for the Department of Clinical Education.

Job Duties

The Grade Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and recording student evaluations and grades for the Department of Clinical Education

• Be responsible for receiving all 3rd and 4th year evaluations. Including compiling, recording, transcribing and maintaining all student evaluations.
• Record and maintain student final grades
• Keep physical and electronic files of all student evaluations
• Maintain Touro ONE for student transcripts
• Maintain evaluation comment transcription for student Deans letter
• Be responsible for communicating with students as needed
• Work with the Department of Clinical Education and affiliated rotation sites as needed
• The position will be responsible for all other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

Education, Preparation, and Training
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized and effective time management
Ability to work independently or as a team
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast paced environment
Technical / Computer Skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
