Job Description

Provide Administrative support for growing, robust Standardized Patient (SP), Simulation Labs (Clinical Skills, Simulation, and Ultrasound), Early Clinical Experiences (ECE), and Observed Structured Clinical Encounters Programs (OSCE).

Job Duties

• Assist in event set up, administration, and deconstruction
• Coordinate student scheduling for events
• Responsible for lab supply and ordering
• Create and maintain files (hardcopy and electronic)
• Assist in data entry for software systems and Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain databases
• Coordinate ECE site availability
• Record and file necessary paperwork
• Ensure the sites and the students meet the necessary requirements for events
• Coordinate faculty availability for OSCE feedback sessions
• Assist in compiling & delivering OSCE feedback to the students
• Coordinate checkout and return of supplies/equipment to students
• Coordinate faculty schedules for admissions interviews & communicate necessary changes with the admissions’ office
• Manage minutes and record keeping for Admissions’ Committee Meetings
• Assist in scheduling, set up, and coordination of Admissions’ Committee Meetings

Required Qualifications


• Proficient in excel
• Comfortable learning software programs
• Professional communication skills; oral and written

Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands

Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
