Provide Assistant to the Dean

Job Duties

• Organize Dean’s appointments with students
• Prioritize administrative responsibilities, meetings
• Prepare graduation forms and contact students in a timely manner
• Initiate course schedules and plans for each semester
• Research records as needed by the Dean

Required Qualifications

HS Graduate

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
