Job Description

Assist in the successful implementation of multiple marketing campaigns.

Job Duties

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Electronic Maintain Touro GSB presence on social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Updates Web site content, including producing photos and video Creates and maintains GSB Apps and Games Develops and implements email blasts Leading website content and design Updates Web site content, including producing photos and video Acquisition Responds promptly to prospects and inquirers Collaborates with international agents to increase prospect base Markets and promotes Touro GSB within the Touro College system and tracks effectiveness Represents Touro GSB at job fairs, and other Touro schools Traditional campaigns Develops copy and oversees implementation of print and brochures Oversees placement and renewal of banners Tracks marketing effectiveness Prepares weekly marketing reports by collecting, analyzing Assists Administrative Manager in converting prospects to applicants
Required Qualifications

Education, Preparation, and Training
Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline
2-4 years’ experience in marketing and recruiting

Skills
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to write clear, concise materials targeted to specific audiences
Skilled at use of social media tools
Ability to be resourceful, thorough and accurate in pursing answers to questions from prospects
Project management skills
Team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented and takes pride in his/her work
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues on a small team
Presents a professional appearance
Knowledge of Jewish community a plus

Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Proficient in website design

Travel
Commute to uptown campus
Travel to Touro College main campus
College events throughout NY region
Meetings with partners throughout NYC
