Providing admin support and research for multiple tasks of the Basic Sciences Department.
General correspondence, memos, surveys, applications, scheduling appointments, meeting minutes and testing. Handle requests for assistance and potential questions. Orders and maintains office supplies for the school. Fields all phone requests. Assists with letters and coordinates processing. Assists with preparation of files. Coordinates administration of the department. Takes minutes for assigned Committee Meetings.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal skills, well organized and able to prioritize.
Use of computers. Extensive time sitting/standing. Able to lift up to 5 pounds
