Touro College of Dental Medicine invites applications part-time academic or clinical track positions in general dentistry. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications. Positions will be available June 1, 2017. The positions will remain open until filled. These positions are initially teaching in the preclinical simulation laboratory but in a unique program of progressive movement to eventually teach with the same class as they progress toward clinical care. Job Description

Responsibilities include pre-doctoral preclinical didactic and simulation laboratory instruction, clinical supervision of patient care in the third and fourth year comprehensive care programs, teaching, associated administrative responsibilities, committee membership and scholarly activity

Job Duties

Teaching in the preclinical simulation laboratory but in a unique program of progressive movement to eventually teach with the same class as they progress toward clinical care.

Required Qualifications

Requirements include a D.D.S./DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school or equivalent, Certificate of training from an ADA-accredited AEGD or GPR program, or other advanced degrees and previous teaching experience preferred. The applicant must be eligible for licensure in New York State.
