The Benefits/Leave Administrator is responsible for management of and following policy and procedures in the following areas: Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA); Reasonable Accommodation (RA); Short Term Disability (STD); Long Term Disability (LTD); Workers Compensation (WC); Life Insurance and assistance as needed with employee benefits and leaves.
Responsible for all leave administration that involve frequent private and sensitive contact with employees and their healthcare providers. Must maintain updated knowledge of the regulations and procedures for all FMLA and RA Leaves.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive use of computers.
